Is gluten and yeast free vegan chickpea flour a staple in your pantry? If not, you may want to reconsider and even make it your ‘all purpose’ flour. Yes, chickpeas are more than just great for hummus. Ground, they maintain the same protein, iron, and fiber richness as their whole counterparts.
